Another fine day (wjd 2003)

(1) As we travel this road unaware of the chaos
That is waiting for us to go
Driving off the edge of madness
We soon find that everything is
As unlikely as it seams
This world is an illusion
And life is but a dream
(2) If one day you looked in a mirror
Would it be yourself you see
Or is it someone something else
Staring back at you, if so, who, what could it be
And if you saw the connection
Would you realize what it was that you see
That all things are blessed
And that connection and love, can set you free
(3) In the multidimensional realms of the mind
Things often become so unclear
As we travel down the highway of time
And we are unsure where to steer
But somewhere in the distance
There is a guiding light shinning
Showing the way
And all you have to do
Is keep on grinning
As you travel through your day
(4) Sometimes in our journey
We must stop and rest
This happens to us all
Including the best
(5) Sometimes things get a little dark
Sometimes they get a little heavy
Life is not always a stream of happiness
But continue on with the journey it will be ok
(6) Sometimes you feel down
Sometimes a little blue
Sometimes you wish the world would change
But first you must realize, change starts with you
(7) Sometimes you look onward
As you light the fire
Distracted by the flames
Of your deepest desire
(8) Then we get back on the path
And again see more clearly
Its in the math
Life and death and positively and negativity
Connection to all things
Starts on the tips of our wings
(9) Peace starts with a little meditation
This is from within
And builds with relaxation
You close your eyes
And you start to see
The connection between everything

So tip up your glass and you pray
That tomorrow will never come
Or at least not for another day
As you down another beer and enjoy the play
Relax everything is O.K.
This trip is a journey its not going to end in one day
So let go of your worldly possessions
And all of your ambitions
Relax go with the flow enjoy the transition
